Mondays - Thursdays (9am - 9 pm)
Fridays (9 am - 7pm)
Saturdays (9 am - 4pm)
Workshops & groups run during weekdays & weekends.

How long will I be in therapy for?

Therapy is very beneficial yet it takes time to develop new patterns. The length of therapy is dependent on many factors such as: your goals, your motivation for change, the concerns or issues you are addressing in therapy, & how you make use of the process by implementing what you learn outside of individual sessions or groups.

While making changes can feel strange at first, your therapist will be your ally as you begin to make new choices & ultimately develop patterns that are more helpful to you. Everyone presents with a unique set of goals & challenges, therefore, the amount of time you spend in therapy will depend. Oftentimes what starts to unfold in therapy may be different from what you originally brought you in. Therapy can have different chapters.

We have a parking lot in front of the building and street parking. When you arrive, you’ll head up the stairs to Suite 5 where we'll have a sign on the door leading you to the waiting area. Feel free to have a seat and your therapist will come out to greet you shortly after your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment otherwise you would be charged the full fee for the session.
